Dr. Ashley Ridlehoover is supervised by Deanna Abraham.
Deciding to pursue therapy can be a daunting task, and I work with many clients who have mixed feelings about being in counseling. For some, coming to counseling is a welcomed relief, and having a space that is all your own can bring comfort. Others find that it feels scary and overwhelming to seek help, and they may not know where to begin. Whatever your feelings about therapy may be and at whatever point you may be in your process, I'm here to help.
I provide a trusting environment for my clients and take a warm yet direct approach to our work. I help clients discover more about themselves, which helps them better understand their relationships. I find that this work can help resolve much of the frustration and confusion that can occur in relationships when unconscious patterns keep us stuck.
Whether it be a difficult life transition, struggles with mental illness, working through trauma, or identity exploration, therapy can provide the lasting change that other quick-fix solutions can't. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Edward's University, which informs my compassionate and effective approach. Reach out and let's get started!
