I approach counseling with a holistic and client centered perspective, using evidence-based techniques such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Tf-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness tailored to each client's unique needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to overcome challenges and achieve lasting change. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and am committed to supporting my clients in achieving their mental health and personal development goals.
