I hold a BS in Psychology from Texas A&M University and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University. I am a licensed professional counselor in Texas, committed to supporting individuals through life transitions. I specialize in working with moms and other adults going through life transitions. The clients I work with are looking for a therapist who gets it—someone who won’t make them feel guilty for not enjoying every moment.
