I have over 5 years of mental health experience and 1 year licensed, providing mental health, behavioral health, family, and individual counseling to clients in need. I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas, as well as dual Master’s degrees in Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from the same institution. Since then, I have worked in many different clinical settings. I am a passionate and empathetic therapist with strong counseling abilities and a deep understanding of mental health, individual, and familial therapies. I have experience leading clients through mental health management, depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, and family relationships. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy, I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives.
