I work with clients ages 18 to 65 and those experiencing ADHD, anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, grief, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder, peer relationships, relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem issues, sleep issues, stress, divorce, infidelity, men’s issues, trauma, and more. I provide cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, feminist therapy, and humanistic therapy.

She was attentive and direct while still compassionate

Office cancelled 30 mins prior to appointment time while simultaneously having a policy allowing them to charge the patient $150 whenever the patient fails to cancel themselves with 24H notice. Both disappointing and unfair.
