Hello there, I am looking forward to working with you. I pride myself on being an understanding, caring, honest, non-judgmental, empathetic, and knowledgeable therapist. No matter how big or small a situation is, I will meet you where you are and help you find solutions through every step of recovery. My goal is to help you achieve your goals.
I treat clients ages 18 to 65 and treat those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, stress, trauma, PTSD, women’s issues, and mood disorders. I use a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, task-centered practices, person-centered practices, social learning therapy, EMDR therapy, and systems theory. I base my approach on crisis intervention and problem-solving models.
