More and more, parents are realizing their children are struggling with mental health. The world today can be an overwhelming experience for many young people and families. If you, your child, or your family need some help, I can be the support you need.
Through both my personal experience of going through therapy as a teen and now my professional experience of helping children, families, and parents, I feel uniquely qualified to help children, teens, and families navigate this complicated world.
I can help your child learn more about their nervous system and teach them valuable regulation skills. I look forward to getting to know each of my client's: their hopes, fears, expectations, struggles, and anything else they want to share with me.
Together, we will create a safe space where everyone is free to explore who they are and what they want to get out of life. This is the space to let out all that has been kept inside, everything that felt like it was unsafe to say and feel can come into the room when you're ready.
