I specialize in trauma and work with diverse populations, including justice-impacted individuals, victims of gender-based violence, marginalized communities, BIPOC, and refugee/immigrant populations.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Fluent in Spanish, I provide culturally sensitive therapy using various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. My holistic approach emphasizes the importance of mental well-being and resilience, helping clients navigate their challenges and embrace their strengths. I work with individuals suffering from PTSD, depression, anxiety, OCD, and many other conditions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In addition to individual therapy, I also work with families and couples, guiding them toward healthier relationships and stronger connections. As a passionate advocate for mental health and social equity, I strive to create safe and supportive spaces for healing and growth. My work is driven by the belief that everyone has the capacity to transform their lives, and I am honored to walk alongside my clients on their journeys toward recovery and empowerment.
