My husband and I, started seeing Bianca for couples therapy. It's been hard to accept that this is something we needed but I'm happy we did it. Change is not going to happen overnight, but we have made a lot of progress.

She uses a combination of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, the gold standard for treating anxiety, and Functional Family Therapy (FFT), which focuses on how relationships impact one’s thoughts and behaviors. When appropriate, she has patients invite family members and loved ones in for several sessions to facilitate improved communication and maximize the greatest effect and change.
Bianca received her Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Yeshiva University – Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. She was trained in Functional Family Therapy (FFT) by Dr. James Alexander, the founder of FFT, and has trained in CBT at The Beck Institute.
