Hello, I'm Brandi, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Ohio with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in working with adults 18 and up who are navigating challenges such as past trauma, anxiety, depression, unhealthy relationships or family dynamics, and those feeling stuck in bad habits. My approach to therapy is warm, understanding, and often sprinkled with humor to create a comfortable and supportive environment.
I utilize an eclectic mix of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. I believe that no single approach works for everyone, so I tailor my methods to fit your unique needs and circumstances. You are the expert of your own life, and my role is to help you help yourself.
