Do you struggle with low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, life changes or transitions, racism-based trauma, difficulty setting boundaries, or relationship stress? I seek to provide a space for growth and healing where you can safely share vulnerable parts of your life.
I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and a Bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University. With 10 years of experience working with adolescents and adults across various levels of care—including inpatient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient therapy programs—I am committed to educating and empowering you. I will team up with you to explore how your perceptions influence your behaviors. I am culturally responsive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and will use your strengths to support you on your healing journey.

Breann has helped me with some past pain I had a hard time of letting go. She is a good listener who empathizes that her patients seek understanding and eventually solutions to their problems.
