I will approach treatment with a collaborative style to hold space and support you going through any life transition. I have spent many years working with children, adults, and the complex dynamics of families.
I have a particular interest in supporting prospective clients who are tasked with navigating bereavement. Grief can be all-consuming and can take many forms- not all of which have been socially recognized. I am here to support you and hold space before, during, and after a loss.
My therapeutic style is primarily psychoanalytic. I have been trained in a number of different modalities, including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and play therapy.
