I am passionate about working with those experiencing anxiety and depression related to pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting; individuals looking to improve self-esteem; those who are neurodivergent; and people navigating life transitions, grief, and relationship issues. I enjoy collaborating with my clients to form, work on, and accomplish their goals. I believe goals need to be realistic, specific, measurable, and that you have to celebrate your wins. I think it is so important to have an open-minded and collaborative relationship approach. I offer a judgment-free and easy-going environment where you can safely work toward your goals and develop coping skills. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor’s degree from Government Nazareth Girls Degree College.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due.
