I am a marriage and family counselor licensed in California with 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I have worked with clients addressing a wide range of emotional issues like depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, bereavement, parenting issues, relationship issues, or finding direction in life.
Facings life’s challenges can be at times devastating to the way we understand ourselves and engage with those around us As your counselor I will walk right next to you on your path to becoming more grounded and empowered while gaining awareness of underlying needs to facilitate healing. My approach draws from a variety of therapeutic interventions like cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness, sensorimotor and trauma informed interventions. Understanding the uniqueness in all of us, I do believe that a therapeutic approach requires to be tailored to the individual accordingly.
