With experience supporting people through depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life's everyday challenges, I tailor my approach to each person, couple, or family. I often draw from person centered, feminist, and emotion focused therapies to name a few.
I believe healing happens through self-discovery and connection with ourselves, our communities, and the world around us. Together, we can challenge limiting narratives and work toward a more authentic, empowered way of being.
In my free time, I enjoy going for walks with friends, spending time with my beagle-mix, and cooking for loved ones.
