I understand that seeking help can be hard, and getting to this very point may have felt like a leap of faith. I am here to help the rest of your journey feel safe and empowering. I believe that therapy should be collaborative and will use a person-centered and strengths-based approach to help you establish your goals and work toward healing.
Whether it's better understanding your emotional reactions, why you fall into recurring patterns, navigating life changes, or dealing with past or recent trauma, I am motivated to hear your story and help you define how it can shape your future.
I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Denver and have years of experience as a licensed clinician working and managing an inpatient treatment center for teenagers. My passions include helping my clients make sense of their past, understand how certain emotions and behaviors connect to prior events in their lives, and receive closure from unresolved issues. Additionally, I am passionate about helping families work through conflicts and reconnect while establishing expectations and boundaries that feel collaborative.
Outside of work, I enjoy skiing, rock climbing, mountain biking, and being outside as often as possible. I also enjoy hanging out with friends, family, my partner, and my Ball Python, Pancho.
