Ryan Neuschwander, LPCC

Ryan Neuschwander, LPCC

Psychotherapist
6990 W 38th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO
I am an LPCC in the state of Colorado who specializes in trauma, ADHD (I am a certified ADHD-CCSP), and neurodivergence, for individuals and relationships of all types and structures. I especially enjoy working with those who are diagnosed later as adults, undiagnosed, or those who suspect they are autistic, ADHD, or both. If you have ever been told you are highly sensitive, have an overly active mind, or are an adult child of neglectful or abusive parents, I would love to connect. I offer tele-health sessions throughout the state of Colorado and work out of two locations in Westminster and Wheat Ridge.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I help my clients heal from developmental and attachment trauma, discover and re-align with their values, be more present and mentally flexible, and better navigate stress, burnout, and overwhelm. Together, we will find ways to deepen your awareness of your internal landscape, to help access your inner strengths, and navigate the inevitable stressors of daily life with less pain and suffering.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach to therapy is heavily relational while also tying in aspects of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), somatic, and aspects of mindfulness, with some humor sprinkled in. I believe at my core that healing and change happen when you are non-judgmentally accepted for who you are. I aim to offer a space where you can explore all parts of yourself with kindness and self-compassion.
