My experience spans a diverse range of clients, including individuals of all ages. I specialize in addressing mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and bipolar disorder. I create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can openly express themselves and work towards healing.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School, which has equipped me with a strong foundation in mental health theory and practice. My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, compassion, and a holistic understanding of mental health. I utilize evidence-based techniques, including psychoanalytic and person-centered therapies, to help clients develop coping skills, build resilience, and achieve their goals.
