What should a new client know about working with you?

In addition to other anxiety disorders, I specialize in OCD, which requires a single-minded focus not every therapist is equipped to handle. Through my training and experience in Exposure Response Prevention therapy (ERP), I am more than qualified to help those suffering from the obsessions or compulsions that have dominated their life for way too long.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Treating OCD requires a specialized approach. It's not through talk therapy, but rather with ERP—the Gold Standard of OCD treatment. I know this from the many people of all ages that I’ve treated for OCD over the years. Working with your specific type of OCD, I'll create an individualized plan to reduce your obsessive-compulsive behaviors in as little as 12 weeks.
