I believe that throughout life we all need some assistance in some way. I am thankful for being able to provide that assistance for you. A little about me, I am a veteran of the United States Airforce and from a military family. I enjoy working with adults, families and adolescents ages 10 and above. I am especially passionate about working with military families and veterans. I am an empathetic, supportive, culturally sensitive therapist who believes that self-advocacy is impowering. I enjoy using a mixture of modalities such as CBT, trauma focused and expressive therapies to name a few. I have specialties in anger management and trauma treatment in children and adolescents.
