Cannot recommend Dr. Navarro highly enough. He was so empathetic and knowledgeable that right away I felt like I had finally found someone who would listen and provide real tools to help me with my struggles. He really heard what I had to say and was genuinely interested in what I wanted to get out of the sessions. I didn't have to repeat myself or rehash things, and the focus was on forward movement, not on picking apart every little thing I've been through and trying to band-aid them with pithy sayings and theories. I felt like we were able to make a workable and practical plan to get me where I want to be, and I am feeling like I will finally be able to heal and move on in a way that I wasn't able to before when I was trying to do it on my own.
