Caroline Benzing is currently a Counselor Trainee through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. She is in the process of earning her Master’s degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling at the University of Dayton. Caroline earned her undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Human Behavior and Development at Miami University. Her passion for counseling was sparked by her fascination with ADHD. Her undergraduate thesis delved into the impact of ADHD on adolescents. Currently serving as the chapter president of Upsilon Delta Chi, the counseling honorary society, Chi Sigma Iota, Caroline is dedicated to continuous growth and excellence in her field. Outside of her professional pursuits, Caroline finds joy in spending time outdoors. She is actively working towards her Ecotherapy Certification, exploring the therapeutic benefits of the outdoors and nature. Additionally, she enjoys reading, practicing yoga, and playing with her beloved dog.
