I believe that each person is born unique and important. Behavior is adaptive and as such can be understood in the context of experience. I assist with helping others understand patterns of behavior that may contribute to one's unhappiness. Exploring past hurts and trauma is integral to to the work. I work to assist in identifying and developing individual goals and creating personal meaning. I teach about positive communication and assist with developing skills that lead to feeling heard and understood. I have training, education and experience in serving individuals and families. I create a safe environment through compassion and acceptance.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My clients should expect to dig deep to find healing and meaning. This will not be as easy process, but it will be worthwhile.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
