My dance/movement therapy practice is intended as a compassionate, non- judgmental, strengths-focused environment to support physical, emotional, and psychological healing and well-being. I value this process as a collaborative one. I will work with you to understand what you are looking for and what approaches will serve you best.
I have experience working with individuals managing depression, anxiety, and relational trauma. I approach these experiences from the lens in which I've trained, including dance/movement therapy, psychotherapy, trauma informed practices, and mindfulness based approaches. I've worked with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings including private practice, school-based, community mental health, and partial hospitalization. I continue to seek opportunities to learn and discover new approaches and ways of moving through my therapeutic practice.
