Carrie is a child, adolescent, and family therapist who has been practicing therapy in the greater Denver area since 2019. She fully believes that relationship is at the core of all therapeutic work, and focuses on fostering a collaborative relationship with her clients in which they feel heard, seen, and understood. Carrie values the unique stories and identities of her clients, and strives to empathically hold space and welcome all of her clients’ experiences into the therapeutic relationship. Guided by trauma-informed and emotion-focused principles, her style is flexible, dynamic, and playful. Carrie particularly enjoys working with high sensitivity (HSP), eating disorders/ body image, post-traumatic stress disorder/ trauma, attachment concerns and repair, parenting, and navigating relationships and family dynamics.
In her free time, Carrie is an avid musician, skier, and enjoys spending time with her loved ones and her dog, Pancake.
