What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. A natural empathy for others and a deep desire to support people through life's challenges first drew me to this work. That pull became a purpose, and over time it shaped my commitment to providing warm, supportive, and empowering care. Authenticity and compassion guide every session. Whether you're working to restore a sense of well-being, process difficult experiences, or simply find more meaning in your daily life, I'm here to walk that path with you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is gentle, grounding, and collaborative. Sessions are designed to be a safe, restorative space where you can slow down, tune into your nervous system, and begin creating meaningful, lasting change. Using relaxation techniques and nervous system-focused strategies, I help you reconnect with yourself and build a sense of balance that carries beyond our time together. Every person's needs and goals are different, and I tailor my approach accordingly. Whatever you're working through, you can expect a space that is supportive, unhurried, and shaped around you.
