Society tries to put us into binary boxes every day, and I believe in living life in the space in between. Therapy is a place where we can shed the expectations of others and give space for our authentic selves. Together, we will explore your past experiences to identify your intentions for what comes next. You can rest assured that I will be here to help you navigate your self-exploration, but you will also need to be prepared to be in the driver's seat. A mentor of mine told me, ?One of the most caring things you can do for a person is hold them accountable.? I carry this motto into the therapeutic relationship, as my style is direct but stems from a place of non-judgmental empathy. I practice LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy and maintain an integrative relational and trauma-informed lens.
I received my bachelor's degree in psychology, with a minor in philosophy, from the Catholic University of America, which equips me to work with issues surrounding religious trauma. I hold a master's degree in Mental Health and Wellness Counseling from New York University, earned through a dual degree program that also included LGBTQ+ studies.

Most relevant
Zocdoc showed that Cass was in my network and available. Turns out Cass wasn't covered with my insurance and I was given a much more junior practitioner. I believe I should get accurate information on whom I am booking with and whether their service is covered by my insurance when booking, so I'm disappointed with this service.
