Dr. Hurst has a unique spin on yoga and therapy that is a fun as relaxing. I immediately noticed the results of the treatment I received. She was able to answer all of my questions and elleaviate me of any doubts I may have had before my vist. This was my second session and I'll definitely be returning.

I've been a patient of Dr. Hurst for the last 3 years. She has provided me with the support & the recommendations I needed to overcome many personal & professional obstacles. I've also used the relaxation technique she taught me to get a better handle on my anxiety during stressful times. My sessions with Dr. Hurst were productive. She offered a well-organized systemic perspective that has helped me resolve conflicts and improve my strategic thinking. Her guidance on team-building was fun to learn and execute. I'd recommend Dr. Hurst to any of my executive peers who are seeking leadership consulting or executive coaching.
