I pay attention to the whole person—your emotions, relationships, identity, culture, environment, and the systems that shape your daily life—and I integrate trauma-informed, evidence-based strategies that fit your comfort and needs. I also help you navigate practical barriers and advocate with you when needed. Ultimately, sessions with me feel collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that you have the capacity to heal, grow, and build a life that aligns with who you are becoming.
