I believe we all have a natural instinct to move toward healing and wholeness - like a plant naturally faces the sun; and counseling is one of the many beautiful paths to healing. I am a big believer in alternative medicine; and I am friendly to clients living alternative lifestyles. You can be sure that I will be sensitive to; appreciate; and even celebrate your unique relationship(s) and family constellation. I have been specially trained in emotional trauma. My approach is eclectic. I practice Cognitive Based Therapy; or CBT; mindfulness-based approaches; and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy; or DBT.
