I'm Jess Fuentes, a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern working under the supervision of Dr. Jaimee Perez, a Licensed Psychologist. I earned my MEd in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University (Go Owls!), graduating with honors. Using a detailed treatment plan and a values-based approach, I help you identify your goals and move toward them to improve your life. I also incorporate CBT through an Adlerian lens, helping you uncover the root of your struggles so you can learn effective coping skills. I support my clients in breaking free from personal challenges, fostering healthier relationships, and living more fulfilling lives. Whether you're a couple seeking to deepen your relationship or heal relational trauma, a student or young adult trying to understand why life isn't what you want it to be, or someone struggling with anxiety and depression, I am committed to providing a warm, accepting environment. Together, we'll work through life's challenges to help you grow stronger and experience healing through evidence-based psychotherapy rooted in a Christian understanding of the human person.
