I am a dedicated mental health therapist with many years of clinical experience, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for adolescents, young adults, and elderly populations. With over 10 years of experience, I help clients overcome intense life challenges including, but not limited to, infertility, domestic violence, relationship struggles, and adolescent anxiety and depression. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make lasting changes. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working extensively with adolescents and teens facing a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment difficulties. My experience also includes providing support to individuals coping with grief and loss, as well as guiding those impacted by domestic violence.
