I believe you are capable of deep and lasting healing. Therapy offers us the opportunity to develop an observational self-an awareness of ourselves as unique individuals navigating complex social systems, from our families of origin to our professional lives and beyond. It's a ritual during which we can not only reflect on what hurts, what feels meaningful, and what we want out of life, but also move in the direction of repair, growth, and positive changes.
I can assist you in achieving your goals by co-creating a warm and accepting space in our sessions. I want you to feel invited to share your truths with me, so together we can work to find the type of acceptance that resonates for you-one that doesn't agree with or excuse the pain you've experienced, but rather feels true and precedes understanding.
I have experience working with adults and children from a variety of backgrounds and life circumstances, including the military, incarceration, and recovery. I welcome you to bring all the parts of you into our sessions. Together, we can work through anxious thoughts, painful memories, relationship tensions, and other complex facets of life.
I hold a Master's in Social Work from New York University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you on your healing journey.
