UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. As a clinician, I believe counseling is not a "one size fits all" and tailor my approach to each client's needs. I strive to provide clients with a nonjudgmental, safe, and supportive environment, utilizing a person-centered approach to meet clients where they are, help them identify where they want to be, and assist them in achieving their goals. I hold a Master's in Social Work from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor's degree from Millsaps College, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support diverse client needs effectively.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
