I teach DBT, CBT and mindfulness skills, tailored to your goals and objectives and designed to get your results for you quickly, when coupled with your commitment to learn and practice. My absolute goal is to empower you for the future, so you are confident and feeling self-sufficient in areas that were once distressing and hard to manage for you. I am a mindfulness instructor. So mindfulness is often near the center of what I practice.
