I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as well as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to develop the skills to treat a broad range of needs. Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, health concerns, aging, grief, concerns related to sexuality, sleep issues, or work stress, I know that I have tools that will help. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and collaboration. I believe that taking these steps can be scary at times. It will take time and patience, but I believe by working together we can make progress toward achieving a peaceful, safe, and healthy life. My goal is to create a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and work towards meaningful change.
