I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and actor, dedicated to helping people discover their truest and most joyful self-expression while connecting clients to their passion and excitement for life. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a Theatre and Music Theatre major from Northwestern University. With 14 years of experience as a professional actor, teaching artist, and improvisor, I blend eclectic therapeutic modalities—including CBT, ACT, RABT, Mindfulness, and Psychodynamics—with drama, theatre, and comedy in my work as a therapist and social worker. In addition to running a private practice and serving as an LCSW in nonprofits across California and New York, I continue to perform professionally nationwide, dance salsa and hip hop, and sing with the Oakland Interfaith Community Choir.
