I first want to give you so much credit for your courage and the steps you are taking toward healing. I am here to support you along your journey. I work with clients from all walks of life, though I specialize in sexual abuse and traumatic events. Healing is possible, and there is a light on the other side. While it may be difficult to trust, together we can work toward your goals and a life liberated from the pain of the past, where you can embrace the future. If you are struggling, the first step is knowing you are worthy of support and seeking it out. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey. Though I have experience across many different realms, my specialty is in treating trauma in children, adolescents, adults, and families. Specifically, sexual abuse and human trafficking comprise my areas of focus. I utilize a blended approach, including creative interventions, and I am trained in EMDR. Furthermore, I offer a compassionate, safe, and just place for healing. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Youngstown State University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide effective support. Life can be challenging, and the bravery you are showing by seeking support is immense. You are here, living and breathing, and that alone is admirable. This world can be crazy sometimes, but never doubt your place in it. Please reach out so that I can have the honor of supporting you however you may need as you journey to the fullness you so deserve.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Upon reaching out, we will collaborate to come up with unique and meaningful ways to come up with a treatment plan, and goals for our future sessions. I am a very client-led and client directed therapist, that puts the client in a driver's seat and thus allow autonomy and promote healing. We will discuss strategy and progress through use of various entities and treatment methods, ultimately settling on something that feels right and okay for you as the client. You will feel welcomed and connected throughout.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
