Came in as a new patient for the first time + first time ever doing PT and I had an amazing experience , very kind doctor , really cares for the wellbeing of the patients, explained everything that was being done , very welcoming atmosphere and helped me create a plan on what it is I’m going to be doing and what my end goal would be / how long it would take to reach that goal. Very excited to be seen with this doctor overall and looking forward to my next visits.

My appt was for 9am and the therapist showed up at 9:30. The session was rushed, or felt rushed, because of the lateness. She was great and knowledgeable, but the lateness obviously created stress (for me) since it was a work day.

Dr. Alunan provides very personalized treatment. After I explained what my situation was, she explained what her recommendations were and how I was to continue my therapy at home. I was seen by her. There was an assistant who did things like change an ice pack, but the doctor did everything herself. I have had physical therapy many times, but this was certainly my best experience.

Dr Coleen Alunan is professional, and a very knowledgeable physical therapist. She takes the time to truly know her patients, their needs and thereby tailors the treatment plan accordingly. I would definitely go back after my first session because I felt so much better. The doctor and her staff is super friendly. They try to work with you to maintain their schedule. I would look forward to my sessions with her because she was engaging, and very supportive.

Dr. Coleen is amazing. She is professional, yet very personable. She treats you with respect and listens to all complaints, treats every issue, and she and her entire staff are professional and friendly. I look forward to my appointments. Unlike many other PT offices, where you barely see the staff, Dr. Coleen spends time doing ultrasound, massage, and then oversees exercises. Shows you the proper form, corrects mistakes. Her entire staff of physical therapists (Rupert, Emma, Michelle and others) are equally dedicated to the patient’s well-being. Someone checks in on the patient throughout the approximately 15 minutes of electronic stimulation, to make sure you are OK, and if you need adjustment, they are happy to make the adjustments. I keep going back to Dr. Coleen - I have been a patient for over a year with various issues (upper back, lower back, shoulder, knee).
