At times it can be very hard to find the good in life. When depression, stress or anxiety become leading influences in our lives, sometimes we all need help finding the positive. My priority is to work with you to develop a working relationship that sets the stage to move forward. I believe that each person has the ability to find the way out of their challenges with the right help!My experience and training include Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), anxiety/depression management, sexual abuse/childhood trauma recovery, grief/loss, women's issues, life transitions, and substance use/abuse. My experience includes detox/rehab, working with teens in school settings, mobile crisis, hospital crisis and child services.I am committed to approach your unique challenges with empathy, care, and support. Together we will build the tools you need to move forward with greater success. I invite you to reach out to me, so that we can begin to work together!

I like to get out in my community and volunteer. I enjoy the ocean and hanging with my pup!
