My journey in the world of physical therapy started in 2011, when I was a patient at the Bradford Professional Physical Therapy clinic. My experiences as a patient helped me realize my passion for helping people through every step of their recovery and inspired me to pursue a career in physical therapy. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and went on to complete my Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Delaware. While studying, I returned to the Haverhill Professional PT clinic as an aide to gain experience, and later served as a student physical therapist at the Epping Professional PT clinic. My journey came full circle when I joined the Professional PT team full time at the Bradford clinic in 2023. During my clinical experiences, I also treated patients at the University of Delaware Neurological and Older Adult Clinic and on the stroke and spinal cord/traumatic brain injury floor at the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation. These experiences helped me develop skills in designing treatment plans focused on aiding individuals with neurological disorders and stroke to return to doing what they love.
