About Stephen Vitale

**PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS AN APPOINTMENT REQUEST AND NO APPOINTMENTS ARE CONFIRMED UNTIL DONE SO BY PROFESSIONAL PHYSICAL THERAPY DIRECTLY** As a child I was hurt very often as I had a background in many sports but my 2 biggest were as a hurdler in Track and Field and with wrestling. Growing up I had many multiple broken bones, nerve injuries, sprains and strains of muscles and ligaments etc. I was always intrigued by the body's ability to heal itself. I spent a good amount of time in Physical therapy and working with my athletic trainers on recovery. As I moved into high school and college and spent more time around the actual profession, I became energized by the opportunities that it presented. The further I got into PT, the more I loved PT. I continued my education for years after I received my doctorate degree from BU, by completing multiple fellowships in the field of orthopedic manual therapy where I really developed a passion for communication with patients, exercise prescription and manual therapy. I have also found a lot of joy in teaching others and I consistently take multiple PT students from all over and I act as a mentor in the Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. I continue to look for new opportunities that the field of physical therapy offers and am excited about what the future holds!

Steve is super knowledgeable, friendly, and tailors the therapeutic regimen to your needs. I worked at another clinic which closed and was transferred here for my last bit of work and I’ve had a great run. Edit: Returned to Pro PT after a second ankle break on the other foot—Natalia is outstanding. Extremely patient, insightful, and helpful. I am 8 weeks out of surgery and my surgeon is extremely impressed with my progress. Prognosis looks amazing and Pro PT is a massive part of that. Thanks Pro PT!
