I specialize in EMDR and use a variety of different techniques to make each experience different. Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a technique which involves moving your eyes; using sound or tapping. EMDR's goal is to help you heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences. This is a multi-step process.
