UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I am a licensed clinical social worker serving Illinois and Indiana, with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Washington. I support clients around a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationships, grief/loss, aging, health changes, life-limiting illness, and those facing any of the tough challenges and transitions that life brings our way. My goal is to create a safe space in which we together explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, sort through confusion or "feeling stuck," and make concrete action plans. I believe each person is the expert of their experience and that my role is to support you in choosing your path of change. I will tailor our sessions based on your unique situation, skills, and strengths.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
