There is help in a warm and supportive environment...counseling can help renew your hope. I've experience working with a variety of clients ... bring your desire to change. My goal is to create a place where people can find healing and encouragement. Counseling is an integration of values and lifestyle with the current approaches to challenge & facilitate insight and life changes to experience resolution of barriers to healthy living. I strive to provide a warm, caring, supportive environment.
Training: sexual addiction therapist training through Patrick Carnes (CSAT), eating disorders, marriage and family Issues, Brainspotting, EMDR trained. Individual, couple, family and group counseling are available. In addition to a counseling degree, I have a Master's degree in nutrition.
