Craig has been a licensed Physical Therapist since 1999 and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 2005. He earned his Bachelor's in Physical Therapy from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center. His areas of expertise include orthopedic and sports injuries.

Felt very safe here! Very professional staff who really know their repeat clientele and have fun with them.
I listed down that I am transgender and Craig + staff treated me as any other client. They made sure to be aware of any medical condition that might affect treatment.
The only downside is it is a bit cramped when it’s busy, as it’s two floors of an old house. It’s not bad, just slow.
Otherwise I’m very happy here and I hope this works at fixing my shoulder problem.

Craig was extremely nice. He explained everything he was doing step by step. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The only issue that I can say is the office is small and it was really packed with patients. it was too noisy. They can lower the music, and also the staff can lower their voice down when they are talking. Decrease personal conversations. I hope they are reading the feedbacks. It will make a big difference if they really reduce the noise. I think it’s a common feedback that people are sharing from reviews.

I'm giving this facility five stars because of the important stuff. Starting off, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Getting registered went smoothly. The doctor saw me promptly. I was delighted to find that the doctor was excellent. I felt like he listened to me and was knowledgeable enough to identify the issue right away.
He explained what the treatment today would be and moving forward. The first day there I got several treatment types for my spine, extremely thorough in my opinion.
If you were looking for a serene, spa like experience, this is not the place. They packed a lot of people in there, and it's a little loud. It may not bother you at all. I'm happy to be going back regardless of that because I feel like I got quality care. I can earnestly recommend this doctor and this office!

The wait the first time was a little while but that was because of paperwork. The doctor listened to what I had to say and took my concerns seriously. I was able to begin treatment right away. Now I am a regular patient.

A very knowledgeable and friendly physical therapist. The wait time was minimal and I was assessed and had a regime created quickly for my rehabilitation. I wholly recommend that you pick him to be your physical therapist.

Yes, the office is a bit small and and noisy, but this is a great place for physical therapy. Everyone in the office is really nice, and Dr. Belkin is a very good and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend to others.

The service was honestly really good doctor Craig definitely knows what to do to help your targeted areas of pain. I had a woman work with me on stretches and exercises she did awesome . Only con is that it can be noisy during busy hours (being head phones ) or come really early. Great staff !

Belkin was super nice, but this is not a one on one physical therapy. He spoke with me for a few minutes then I was sent off to someone else who gave me electric simulator and heating pad then the stretches to do before someone else did the rest. Not a normal physical therapy session. Would recommend only if you don't mind waiting forever.
