Debra began her career working in the social service field and received her Master of Arts Degree in Human Development Counseling from Bradley University. Her internship in graduate school was in hospice, providing both individual and group therapy which had a primary focus on grief and loss. She worked with the patients, families, and survivors. This has remained a focus moving forward from that time.
Debra has continued working in the social service field, providing individual, family, and group therapies that focus on trauma, grief and loss, anger management, adolescent behavioral issues, depression, marital issues, and anxiety. She also enjoys engaging with people to have them identify their goals, as well as supporting them in their endeavor to reach their potential.
