I’m easygoing, compassionate, and motivated in helping people reconnect with their authenticity. I value real conversations, humor, and meeting you exactly where you are. I am the kind of therapist who celebrates your wins right alongside you! Outside of sessions, I’m likely enjoying a cup of coffee, trying a new workout class, spending time with loved ones (especially my pets), or finding ways to slow down. Therapy is a part of my own self care and it shapes the presence I bring to our work. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and graduated from National Louis University with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My experience includes and is not limited to working with teens through adults navigating mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, burnout, emerging adulthood, and women’s issues.

Together we will explore what’s been weighing on you, understand what’s getting in the way of the life you want, and build practical tools you can use outside of therapy. We will move at a pace that feels collaborative and safe. We’ll explore the deeper layers of your story—childhood experiences, core beliefs, painful cycles, and relationship dynamics. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself and the people who matter to you. Prioritizing yourself may feel challenging and I will offer steady accountability. I will gently support you in identifying your needs, building boundaries, and living aligned with your values.
