I am a Contract Therapist who works with individuals and couples from middle childhood to adulthood to improve their lives by reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression through developing skills to manage and cope with life’s challenges. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Texas Wesleyan University. I transitioned from a group counselor to an individual and family therapist, and I know what truly drives the counseling experience is how well you and I connect. My goal is to support and encouragingly communicate my understanding of your challenges while unveiling your hidden strengths so that you can again believe in yourself.
