I offer several cognitive, trauma-informed and solution focused approaches. I have extensive experience with victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and trauma. I also enjoy working with couples on improving communication.

I am an honest, dedicated and transparent provider. My clients report that I create a warm, welcoming environment. My communication style is supportive, encouraging, and direct. I grew up always wanting to help others. I am a lifelong social worker who has worked in the field for nearly 30 years. My career started in the field of domestic violence which remains a passion of mine today. I love helping patients find their own sense of purpose!

My client's goals are my goals. We will regularly and routinely revisit goals to ensure that I provide the necessary resources and support. I hope your first session feels more like sitting down for a chat with a friend. I strive to make my patients feel comfortable and relaxed.
